What you need to know

• All Rypen items may be returned within 14 days from day it was received for store credit or exchange only.
• Items being returned must be confirmed and authorized prior through Rypen.
• Items are only eligible for return in unused and brand new condition in its original packaging. Returned products cannot be assembled or modified in any way. All of the original packaging, tags, instructions, and inserts must be included.
• We will set up and coordinate the return shipment for you. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your return Rypen credit.
• Returns must be shipped back by the method they were shipped to you.

How To Process a Return

1. Contact Rypen.
   
2. Rypen will authorize and setup return shipment.
   
3. Once received and inspected credit will be issued.
